Our facilities are designed specifically for the “black bag” commingled and contaminated residual waste that would otherwise be landfilled or incinerated. The system combines mechanical and biological treatment, advanced separation, optical sorting, plastics cleaning, and product finishing to recover useful raw materials and energy, with a goal of diverting 90% of the waste we manage from disposal.

Receive + meter

Mixed municipal waste is received inside an enclosed building, inspected, and metered into the process.

Dry + prepare

Controlled biodrying reduces moisture and improves the consistency of downstream separation.

Size + separate

Screening, density separation, magnets, and eddy currents divide the stream and recover metals and inerts.

Identify + sort

Optical sorters and machine vision separate target plastics and remove materials that do not meet product specifications.

Clean + finish

Recovered streams are cleaned, densified, sized, baled, or wrapped to fit buyer and logistics requirements.
